Hi, and welcome to my blog!
This post, alongside future ones, will detail my MA Games Design journey from beginning to end, with whatever snags and pitfalls I hit along the way. Hopefully it will shed some insight into my methodology, interests and skills, and document my learning and experimentation with each subsequent update. Technically it will show improvement over the coming months, too.
Anyway, today marks our first proper session (thus the blog) and I still need to settle on what I want to do for the year, whether specific elements of composition (maybe poses, dynamic angles, scene lighting and layout, perspective, points of interest) or a more generalised exploration of it as a whole, or even something else entirely... I'll be drawing a lot of creatures either way.
I've to decide on a clearer idea for next week (with a presentation, which is not my favourite thing) so I think I might consider my weaknesses in drawing first (lighting and scene layout composition), and expand outwards in further research later.
